Abstract
A design of collaborative learning project is proposed.Elementary children exchange their natural/social activities/thoughts about local river"Jouganji-gawa", and some volunteering specialists help children to answer/offer useful information.This paper discuss how to develop to assist children's learning/collaboration, how to exchange information between teachers and volunteering specialists, how to coordinate/management this project totally, with a realistic perspective to practice in every school.
