Abstract

In this paper, we propose a method to use Functor Language as intermediate language among the Ladder Diagram, Hardware Definition Language, and Petri-net, Functor Language can model natural and artificial language, and it can define Ladder Diagram because Ladder Diagram can regard as a predicate logic. To confirm effect of this method, We make a tool that converts Ladder Diagram to Functor Language, and another tool that converts Functor Language to VHDL. If we use this tools, we can get a Hardware that is defined by Ladder Diagram.
