Abstract

This is a proposal of an electronic secretary system for arranging meeting schedule. Secretaries and experienced people have been taken as experts from whom expert's knowledge are acquired. The acquired knowledge is customized for the implementation and then it is programmed. For arranging a meeting, it is aimed at that it may be arranged in a rational way to meet the dead line. In the worst case, only avaibability of indispensable persons are considerred and arrangements for others are neglected. Each threshold are adjustable. For intercepting "call for meeting", electronic secretary informs the arrival and make a person respond to meet the urgency. This paper focuses on the detail of the latter.
