Abstract

心拍変動のダイナミクスは、交感、副交感の自律神経系や、各種ホルモンを介して調節を受け、覚醒、睡眠等の様々な生理学的状態に応じて変化しており、そのスペクトルは1/f様特性を示す。本稿では、ヒトの心電図R-R間隔を約24時間にわたって計測し、時変スペクトル解析を行なった。また、心拍リズムの変動をつくり出している自律神経系の活動を調べるため、心拍リズムのスペクトルをLF(<0.05Hz), MF(0.05〜0.15Hz), HF(0.15〜0.45Hz) の3つの帯域に区切り、それぞれを自律神経系の活動指標系列として、そのバランスの分布を求めた。その結果、3つの帯域のパワーの分布において覚醒時にはLF, MFの割合が大きく、睡眠時ではLF, MFの割合が大きい期間とHFの割合が大きい期間が混在していた。

The dynamics of heart rate variability, which is regulated by sympathetic, parasympathetic nervous activities, and hormones, changes associated with physiological states such as wakefulness and sleep. It has been established that the long-term power spectrum of heart rate variability shows a 1/f shape. In the paper, R-R intervals of human ECG were recorded for about 24 hours, and were subjected to the time-variant power spectral analysis. The power spectrum was devided into 3 frequency bands, LF(<0.05Hz), MF(0.05-0.15Hz), and HF(0.15-0.45Hz), as indices of autonomic nervous activities which regulated the rhythm of the heart rate variability. As the result, the power balance among those of the three frequency bands showed the different distribution between wakefulness and sleep. During wakefulness, LF and HF contributions were dominant. In contrast during sleep, the balance between HF and LF/MF alternatively changed.
