Abstract
We installed the automated health monitoring systems for daily physiological status during bathing, excretion and sleep in "Welfare Techno House"at Takaoka, Toyama. We also evaluated three automated and non-conscious measurements of 1) electrocardiogram (ECG) in bath tub, 2) bogy and excreta weight in lavatory and 3) ECG in bed without utilizing body surface electrodes. Acquisition data by above systems are routed to a master controller which is connected PCs fitted with LAN at home. For the evaluation of automated health monitoring system, we tried a long continuous measurement to monitor health status in daily life on young and elderly subjects.
