Abstract

本研究では,等尺性随意収縮時に測定される筋音図(MMG)を時間一周波数解析の手法の1つであるMatching Pursuit(MP)法を用いて解析する.上腕二頭筋を最大随意収縮力(MVC)の10〜90%まで一定の割合で力を増加させた時のMMGを測定し,MP法により詳細な時間周波数分布を求めた.30%MVC未満は20Hz前後の周波数成分にエネルギが集中していた.30〜60%MVCの範囲では%MVCの増加と共に高周波成分も増加した.60%MVC以上では特徴的な周波数成分の変化は確認されなかった.本結果より,30%MVC未満では遅筋線維が動員され,30%MVCから速筋線維の動員が開始されることが示唆された.

In this paper, we analyzed Mechanomyogram (MMG) of biceps brachii muscle during isometric voluntary contraction by using Matching Pursuit (MP) method, which is a method of time-frequency analysis. We measured MMG while subject's isometric force is gradually increased up to 90% from 10% of maximal voluntary contraction (MVC). As a result on applying MP method to MMG, the frequency domain components under 30%MVC had a peak around 20Hz. During 30%-60%MVC, the high frequency components increased with the increase in the %MVC. Over 60%MVC, we didn't observe the significant time-frequency distribution. From our results, it was indicated that fast twitch fibers were activated after activation of slow twitch fibers as muscle force is increased.
