Abstract

最近、内臓の臓器表面に約40年キム・ボンハンにより見つけられ、命名された管と小体;ボンハン管やボンハン小体が再度検出された。その管と小体の形態学的な性質はいろいろ調べられているが、機能的な面の研究がない。そこで、この論文ではその機能的研究の手始めとしてボンハン管とその小体を流れるボンハン液の化学的分析を行った。キム・ボンハンがボンハン管と小体はアドレナリンのようなホルモン機能と深く関係していると指摘しているのでアドレナリンの存在にまとを絞った。液は限られた試料で低濃度、複合物質がいろいろ含まれており、検出には数々の困難がつきまとうが、キャピラリー電気泳動を用いた液面微量抽出法を用いた。液面泳動10.5分のところでボンハン液からアドレナリンの誘導体(蛍光イソチオシアン: FITC)の蛍光をレイザー光で検出した。このことからボンハンシステムはホルモンの分泌と流れに関係するものと思われる。

Recently, threadlike structures on the surfaces of internal organs were rediscovered which are called Bonghan ducts and corpuscles as named by Bonghan Kim, their discoverer about 40 years ago. Many morphological characteristics of the ducts and corpuscles have been found but there are no studies about their function. In this paper, the chemical analysis of Bonghan liquid which flows inside the Bonghan ducts and corpuscles was done to start their functional study. We concentrated on examining the existence of adrenaline since Bonghan Kim asserted that Bonghan ducts and corpuscles were deeply related to the function of hormones such as adrenaline. A liquid-phase microextraction method in capillary electrophoresis was used to overcome several difficulties : minute sample volume, highly complex components, and very low concentration. Fluorescein isothiocyanate derivative of adrenaline in the Bonghan liquid were detected about 10.8 minute with laser-induced fluorescence. Our result suggested that the Bonghan system is related to the secretion and the flow of hormones.
