抄録

An efficient and useful synthesis of isocarbacyclins, potent carbon analogs of Prostacyclin(PGI_2), has been accomplished.Three synthetic routes to isocarbacyclins using intramolecular thermal ene reaction or intramolecular aldol condensation as a key step are described.
