Abstract
The enzyme layer of L-lactate oxidase (LOD)-modified platinum electrode (L-lactate sensor) was covered with polymer memberane to regulate the dynamic range of the sensor. The upper detection limit of the sensor was significantly improved by the use acetyl cellulose membrane.
