抄録

We focused FTP( : French Toast Picnic) 2000,2001 : Automobile Festival at Kanaz Forest of Creation in Fukui by view point of design for cultural activities or local community promotion.FTP was managed by volunteer group of community with small operating expenses. They introduced e-mail communication between their rooms, offices and portable telephones for rapid contact and decisionmaking.As they succeeded in their closer conection, efficiency work and management Automobile Festival.We made inspection goodwill of entrants in time rally game toward that event.
