抄録

This article reviews economic evaluation methods of the impacts of transport development project. The transport facility development generates several effects categorized into three types ; the first is multiplier effect derived by the investment, the second is direct effect to user of transport facility, and the last is indirect effect to non-user. The basic concept of new evaluation method for these effects is explained in the relation with the Cost-Benefit Analysis. The new method estimates the increase in GNP derived by transport development by using the Input-Output Model. Finally, the merits and demerits of this model is compared with other methods ; land use model and econometric model.
