抄録

Following Part 1, the collusive tendering, CT, model was discussed. Several elaborated numerical experiments indicate the fact that the given information to an agent works significantly on its emergent process of CT. An intentional CT needs explicit instruction as the input information to the Neural Network that is adopted as the learning process in the model. In this case, there is an evident role allotment among the agents, where one is trying to bid and the others are ceding. Whereas, in a functional CT, given information is less significant, where only an ambiguous role allotment is observed.
