This paper argues that Antonio Gramsci's methodology of the scientific analysis on history (orsocial facts) consists of the following three dimensions. The first dimension is the "philosophy of praxis". This philosophy itself is dialectic, as well asgnosiology and general methodology of history. The second dimension is the "practical cannon." This is the philosophy which is converted intothe form of "cannon of research and of interpretation" in order to approach real history. The third dimension is the "philology." This term means that particular facts are confirmed inits "individuality" with the method of erudition, while empirical laws or schemata are abstractedfrom similar facts. These three dimensions constitute Gramsci's methodology. In fact, Gramsci conducts variousempirical analyses with a means similar to this methodology from the beginning of his PrisonNotebooks. His methodology was completed in Q16§3C through his research conducted after hewrote Q4§5A.
