Abstract

オノマトペは日本語の語彙の特色の一つであり,国語科の授業の中でも体系的に取り上げるべき語群であると思われる。本稿ではまずオノマトペの定義および名称について確認し,その上でオノマトペを指導する際に踏まえておくべき特徴について,教科書の例を挙げながら整理した。その特徴とは,オノマトペが直接的・感覚的な語群であること,その多くが個性的・創作的なものであること,意味内容が語音と語形に大きく関わっていること,語音と語形には共通感覚があることである。これらの特徴を理解することは,オノマトペを体系的に取り扱うことにつながるものである。最後に読解指導の中でオノマトペがどう関連するかを検討するために,小学校教材の「わらぐつの中の神様」を例に取り,オノマトペの効果を広く考え合わせることで登場人物の人物像と心情の読み取りがさらに深くなることを見ていった。

Onomatopoeia is one of the features of the Japanese vocabulary, and thinks to be the word group which may be taken up actively even in class of Japanese. It was confirmed about the definition of the onomatopoeia and, the name first, and put in order in this paper with giving the example of the textbook about the characteristics which should be understood when onomatopoeia is guided on that. Those characteristics are four points of the following. Onomatopoeia should be direct, and be a sensuous word group. Much unique onomatopoeia concerning creation is to be seen. The semantic content of the onomatopoeia is to be concerned with the word sound and the word form greatly. There is to be the sense in common the word sound and the word form. Lastly it was seen that a character's person figure and the reading comprehension of the feeling became deeper by taking the case of "God in the straw boots" of the elementary school subject and thinking about the effect of the onomatopoeia widely and putting it together to think how for onomatopoeia to relate in the reading comprehension guidance.
