We have peformed an investigation on nursing students' ego-state with Tokyo University Ego-Gram New Version (TEG) in order to know the way to instruct them better. The investigation was done at the guidance session before practical training. The students are categorized into N type (10 students, 18.5%), AC predominance type (8 students, 14.8%), Reverse N type (7 students 13.0%), Flat type (6 students, 11.1%) and A low type (5 students, 9.3%). Instructors are supposed to instruct the students with a rapport, fully understanding the characteristics in ado1escence. We would like to investigate each student in interviews after the practical training and compare the results in the future.
