Abstract
A main role of library systems changed from management system to access support system. Access support system means an integrated software environment which connects service functions. To realize the system, librarians that can make ideas of library services are required. A system librarian is a creative profession who has viewpoints both service and technology. The system librarian is one of aspect of librarians. Conditions of curriculum to bring up system librarian are comprehension, cross-studying and concurrency. The most important one is concurrency.
