This paper discusses the study of human eyes'fusion range of binocular parallax picture emplaying red and green random dot stereograms. The experiments we conducted show that the fusion range of human eyes'binocular parallax is directly proportional to the figure angle of the binocular parallax region in the stereo picture. For the people having rich the experience of stereo vision, the fusion range of the human eye's negative parallax is bigger than that of positive parallax. The fusion range of negative parallax can be increased through the accumulation of stereo vision experience, in other words, there is a learning process. In the paper, we also suggest, for complementary coloured (red and green) 3DTV, the fusion range of binocular parallax : |Δθ|<0.02arc
