抄録

The Landscape is the one that for the local populace to evaluate originally, to be raised, and to be formed. Aim of this project is the development of "Process" which a government activity requires in designing Landscape. The most important aspect is the way of knowing about how local residents evaluate one where they actually live in. Because it realize a verification which verify a designed plan for Landscape surely benefit its locality (, or not). This is the first report of the case study to focus on Hekinan City.
