In this report, we summarize and discuss educational support methods and systems given to an audio-handicapped student, which were applied from 2003 to 2004 at the School of Policy Studies, Kwansei Gakuin University. Any educational support system should consist of several levels; (1) basic science (medical and communication sciences, phonemic features of the language, etc.), (2) applied science (computer technology, teaching methods, etc.), (3) social science (law/rule, cost-benefit analysis, administration, etc.), and (4) philosophy sense of value (human rights, Grantee of university education, etc.). Such an educational support system may improve faculty development (FD) as a whole.
