抄録

本研究の目的は、教員2人が同じ方向で関わるためのあり方について考察することである。卒業研究における学生への関わりの過程をふり返ることによって、以下のことが明らかになった。1.学習目標や関わり方の方向性、お互いの役割の確認を早い時期に行う。確認後も途中で教員間に考え方の相違がある時は、2人で話し合う場をもち調整する。2.新人教員が窓口となるスーパービジョンですすめ、要所で2人の教員が参加するゼミナール形式の話し合いをする。3.話し合いの場では、学生の反応や話し合いの流れをみて、お互いに補い合う。

The purpose of this research is to consider the way how to cooperate two teachers for the same direction. By looking back upon the process of graduation research, the following things became clear. 1. A study target, and the method of relation and each other role should be checked early. When a difference of a view exists among teachers on the way, it should be discusses and adjusts by two persons. 2. It is the Supervision from which a newcomer teacher becomes a window, and discusses a seminar at the key point. 3. Two teachers should support each other based on a student's reaction or the flow of talks.
