抄録

We investigate the mechanism of light-induced nucleation of protein. The light-induced nucleation of protein was caused through intermediate protein radical. When the radical was scavenged, nucleation was inhibited. Protein dimmers of lysozyme or ribonucleaseA were deteced by electrophoresis experiments, which indicates that the dimer behaves first cluster formation to from protein nucleus.
