Abstract

我々は,スーパーコンティニウム(SC)光源とアレイ導波路格子(AWG)を用いた高密度波長分割多重(DWDM)ミリ波帯光ファイバ無線(RoF)の全二重伝送について検討を行っている.本稿では,アップリンク伝送における,不要ダウンリンク信号側波帯の光フィルタによる抑圧の効果をシミュレーションによって検証した.検証の結果,抑圧比を20dBとすることで,符号誤り率が2桁改善することを確認した.

We quantitatively investigate an influence of residual downlink optical sideband on uplink transmission in full-duplex dense wavelength division multiplexed (DWDM) millimeter-wave-band (mm-wave-band) radio-over-fiber (RoF) system. From our previous experiment, it was obtained that the influence was negligible when the undesired downlink sideband was suppressed by more than 20 dB. In this paper, we show the relationship between the downlink sideband suppression and the uplink transmission performance by numerical simulation, which was difficult to be scrutinized in practical experiment.
