目的: わが国の「安全管理」に関する看護学研究の現状を解明し,看護基礎教育における安全管理教育のためのエビデンスの構築に向けた課題を検討する.方法: 2004年と2005年に医学中央雑誌Web版に掲載された安全管理に関する看護学研究を対象とした.分析フォームを用いてデータ化し,研究デザイン等に関しては記述統計値を算出,研究内容はBerelson,B.の内容分析の手法を参考に分析した.結果: 317件の研究を分析対象とした.研究デザインは調査研究が約45%を占めた.データ収集方法は記録をデータ源とした研究が最も多かった.研究内容は,【保健医療福祉施設のインシデント・事故防止に向けた対策の立案・導入・工夫とその評価】,【看護師への安全管理教育の評価】など16カテゴリに分類された.結論: 看護基礎教育における安全管理教育に向けては,16カテゴリから示唆された安全管理の6つの領域に関して教育の内容を精選する必要がある.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to clarify the present state of nursing research on safety management and discuss issues regarding evidence-based education in undergraduate nursing programs. Methods : Related literature published between 2004-2005 was identified by searching the Igaku Chuo Zasshi database using the following keywords : "safety management, " "risk management, " "medical safety, " and "nursing". Descriptive statistics and a content analysis were performed on the selected papers. Results : A total of 317 research papers were selected, of which approximately 45% were surveys. The most common data collection method was the use of existing records, such as incident reports. Only 41 papers provided definitions of technical terms in safety management. All papers were coded and categorized based on code similarities. Sixteen categories, including "planning, implementing, devising, and evaluating measures for preventing accidents in medical health and welfare institutions" and "evaluation of education for nurses in safety management", were defined. Based on the features of the content categories, six safety management research areas were identified. Conclusions : The present results suggest that it is necessary to produce more generalized research findings on safety management for evidence-based education, as existing research on nursing care and education has limitations. To prepare students for successful safety management, educational programs should be drawn from the six areas of nursing research, and research findings should be used throughout the undergraduate curriculum according to student's readiness.
