The Internet is a powerful tool for developing students' communication and information skills. Several statistical researches revealed almost parents of students thought the Internet effective to their children's study. But in relation to their children's Internet use, parents were worried about online pornography and their children's sexual relationship with strangers. In this paper, Austration co-regulatory scheme for the Internet content was investigated in detail and found it a second best for prohibiting students' inappropriate online behaviors. In conclusion, protection of children from the Internet content is thought to be achieved through public education and parental guide, not censorship.
