抄録

学生の看護問題への解決能力の獲得をいかに支援するか,そのために,eラーニング(教材)はどのような効果があるのか,それらを探ることがCanGoプロジェクトの重要な目的である。今回,eラーニング導入前の学生の「看護実践力」を把握することを目的に,「自己学習状況」,「教員との関わり」,「情報活用の実践力」と併せて,基本実習後と応用実習後の比較を行った。基本実習後と応用実習後の対応データ56ケースを検定した結果,「看護実践力」を構成するすべての項目において平均値が上がり,全体では応用実習後の方が有意に高い得点を示した(p<.01)。また,「看護実践力」と「教員との関わり」,「情報活用の実践力」には中程度の相関を認めた。これらの結果から,段階的な臨地実習の積み重ねの中で,学生の「看護実践力」の自己評価が高まることが示され,「看護実践力」と「教員との関わり」及び「情報活用の実践力」とが関連しあっていることが示唆された。

The purpose of the "CanGo Project" is to support the acquisition of nursing ability for students by the introduction of e-Learning. The purpose of this research, a part of the "CanGo Project", was to grasp students' ability to practice nursing before the introduction of e-Learning to nursing education. We examined 'state of self-study', 'relationship between student and teacher', 'ability to utilize information', and 'ability to practice nursing'. and compared basic exercises and applied exercises with regard to these items. Parallel data of 56 cases were statistically analyzed by t test. As a result, the average scores of 20 items composing 'ability to practice nursing' increased after applied exercises. The difference between applied exercises and basic exercises was significant (p<.01). The categories 'relationship between student and teacher', 'ability to utilize information', and 'ability to practice nursing' were correlative to an intermediate degree. These results suggest that students' self-evaluation of their ability to practice nursing is increased by continual practices, and that 'relationship between student and teacher', 'ability to utilize information', and 'ability to practice nursing' are correlative.
