Eucommia ulmoides is a native arbor plant in China and accumulates Jrans-polyisoprene. E. ulmoides rubber was found to accumulate in all its organs. Trans-polyisoprene with high-molecular-weight is extremely versatile for rubber industries. This plant should play an important role as a suitable one in the carbon neutral society. We tried to label the trans-polyisoprene using fluorescent probes such as Nile red, and the specific fluorescence bands were separated according to fluorescence intensity waveform given by spectral confocal laser scanning microscopy (SCLSM) analysis. The bioimaging graphics thus obtained were analyzed to understand the localization of trans-polyisoprene.
