Abstract

本稿は遺伝的アルゴリズム(GA)による最適化を用いて,任意形状平面回路フィルタのグランド面に任意形状のDGSを設けたフィルタ構造の検討を行っており,通過域付近に急峻な減衰極を持たせた従来にない帯域通過フィルタの開発に成功している。また,DGS形状のみならず,誘電体基板上の導体パッチ形状も最適化を行うことで,フィルタの更なる高性能化が可能なことを設計例より明らかにしている。

This paper develops planar circuit filters consisting of arbitrarily-shaped defected ground structure (DGS), which are designed by optimization technique based on a genetic algorithm. The DGS is first analyzed by the moment method, and then the GA-optimization method suitable for design of planar circuits is presented. As design examples, the GA-optimized filters construct a specified passband successfully and also realize attenuation poles on each side of the passband, while keeping a compact size. The effectiveness of the present filters is also investigated by the comparison between the calculated and the measured results.
