This paper analyzes the risk information disclosure of enterprises. In this study, risk information disclosure consists of (a) disclosure of the manner in which enterprises organize risk management functions within the organizations, (b) disclosure of enterprises' risk management systems based on corporate law, and (c) disclosure of business risks based on government ordinances. With regard to these points, through a survey on the car and food industries, we analyze the status.quo of business risk information disclosure.
