Abstract

小中学校の各教科においてデジタル教材の積極的な活用をどのように進めていくかは,重要な課題である。ところが近年のコンピュータ環境の整備・充実にもかかわらず,各教科におけるデジタル教材の活用はまだ十分ではない。その理由のひとつとしてノデジタル教材を用いた授業の有効性の研究,つまりどのようなタイプの児童・生徒にデジタル教材がより効果的であるのかという調査研究,が不足していることが考えられる。そこで本研究では中学生の天文学習を支援するデジタル教材を作成し,その教育的効果を調べることにした。特に星・太陽の動きに関するプラネタリウム型デジタル教材を作成し,秋田県内の2つの中学校において教育実践をおこなった。本論文ではその紹介を試みるとともに,教育実践の際におこなったアンケート調査の結果を報告する。さらに今後どのようなデジタル教材を開発するとよいかの提案をおこなう。

It is an important issue how to promote a positive use of a digital teaching material in each subject of elementary and junior high schools. However, this is not still enough, although the computing environment in recent years has been improved enough. One of the reasons is that the racking of the investigation about the effectiveness of digital teaching materials, i.e. it is still unclear the type of student that is the most influenced from digital teaching materials. We therefore developed a digital teaching material that supports astronomical study for junior high school student, and investigated the educational effects of it. In particular, a planetarium type digital teaching material concerning the movement of stars and sun was made, and educational practices were done in two junior high schools in Akita prefecture. In this paper, these educational practices were overviewed, and results of the questionnaire surveys that were done in these education practices were reported. We finally discussed the kind of digital teaching material that should be developed in the future.
