Long-distance ferry (ferry) passengers have decreased because other transports systems are train, bus, and air plain develop from the new construction of expressways and bridges. Our aim is how to increase the ferry passengers like trains; taking back the passengers from the bus and the air plain, finding a new customer. We survey a number and a content of service to ferry passengers by a questionnaire, and also do it for foreign ferry companies and Japanese different companies with good service, such as air plain and hotel. We show the number of service differs among each ferry companies. In this paper, we propose 1) to provide the useful ferry information utilizing web pages, 2) to plan the new event from an opinion of passenger and 3) to advertise by a direct mailing.
