We studied magnetic properties of a layered perovskite Ca3Ru2O7 under uniaxial pressures. From these measurements, an anisotropic response in terms of the direction of the uniaxial pressure was revealed. For the pressure along c-axis, the 56-K antiferromagnetic transition rapidly became obscure with a very low uniaxial pressure, while the 48-K transition immediately weakened for the pressure within ab-plane. In the latter, a peak that emerged at around 10 K suggests a phase transition to another magnetic state.
