We think that it is important to employ personnel who can develop and utilize a new business model. Let us call such personnel "core employees." In this paper, we confirmed the necessity of core employees today and attempted to extract the competence of the core employees from the perspective of the competency theory. We aim to summarize entrepreneur education surveys targeted at middle and high school students from this viewpoint and discuss the education of core employees.
