This paper deal with strength properties of "green" composites pipe material, Which are made of bamboo fiber and biodegradable resin. And, to facilitate making the preliminary molding body, the fiber array apparatus was made. The pipe material was actually made with the fiber array apparatus, and the strength test on an experimental, material was done. The tensile strength of the made pipe material became 60-80% of the theory tensile strength. One of the causes of tensile strength degradation is disorder of the fiber orientation angle. Moreover, it is thought that the accumulations of damage by the intersection of the fiber etc. are the causes.
