抄録

We developed the method to make up a curriculum cultivating professionals of disaster preparedness. In this method we focus on the requirement of professional in the competency of senior reseach members and expart members of organizations. We have to recognize OJT now in use is not sufficient for disaster recovery training. In the fields of emergency preparedness, disaster recovery ,business continuity management and crisis management,it was especially efficient to make use of the lessons learned through disaster of them. We made up the curriculum of the training program for the professional corporate emergency operation center members. We have 34 sessions ;24 lectures and 10 exercises. We applied JISQ2001 and ICS (USA) framework for arrangement of requirements.
