Abstract

<p>This study aims to provide the fundermetal infromation of temproary housing cousntemeasures after the Tokyo Metropolitan Eartquake.In this study, a calculation step for grasp distribution characteristic of vacancy on rental housing which can be used after the earthquake was developed. The results are as follows; 1) approximately 70 thousand vacancies of rental housings are damaged, and approxirnately 1 million vacancies are rernained after the Tokyo Metropolitan Earthquake. 2) From comparison of remained vacancies with households who lose their houses, many victims in central area will move to outskirts of Tokyo.</p>
