The 40.1% of students claimed to use the dietary supplement, while the 52.5% of seniors did. The ratio of female supplement users was higher than that of male users in each group. The most frequently used supplement was vitamin C among both groups. Scondly used one was iron among the students, while vitamin E and calcium among the seniors. The purpose of supplement use is to supply nutrients, keeping their health and beauty. The seniors have much more healhy eating habits with many kinds of foods than the students. Furthemore, we can see, in both groups, suplement users have more healty eating havits than the non-users.
