Abstract

_<98>A_3プロトコールを遂行する上で心毒性は大きな制約条件となりえる.BNPは心不全のマーカーとしてだけでなく心毒性の早期評価にも有効である.我々が経験した2例において,進行神経芽腫に対する_<98>A_3プロトコールの遂行には,心筋毒性の早期評価が重要であり,心電図・心エコー検査に加えてBNPの定期的な測定と,小児循環器専門家との密接な共同診療が必須であった.
