Abstract

本研究プロジェクト1の目的は、世界及び日本の優れた産業集積の発展経路を、「集積の環境変化(危機の状況一集積内の変化も含む)」、「変化への適応」、「適応を可能にした要因」の視点から分析し、そこから「産業集積の機能が果たした役割」を捉えることである。具体的には、内外のケース・スタディを取り上げ、その発展経路を動態的に分析する。そして、そこからこれからの地域政策への含意を抽出する。本論文は、2008年度に行った金沢、バーミンガム、ドルトムントの現地調査から、産業集積の発展経路を分析している。\\nThis research focuses on the development process of industrial clusters from the viewpoint of 'adaptation to the environmental changes'. The purpose of this research is to derive the role of industrial clusters for the regional economy to overcome crises through dynamic analysis of domestic and overseas case studies. This paper analyzes case studies of Kanazawa, Birmingham, and Dortmund. From the analysis, integral implications for the regional policy were extracted.
