Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine about difference in performance between succeeded company and established company. Also, we tried to clarify key factors among operational and organizational activities which made difference aforementioned. Finally we made a regression analysis to find important factor for accelerate succession itself. The results are as follows. First, many of succeeded companies' factors are higher than established companies not only performance but also operational and organizational activities. Second, according to the regression analysis, company with sales growing, made differentiation in products or services, more customers, more employees and higher executive age tend to be corporate succession.
