抄録

In this paper we reviewed the literature of corporate strategy and found that most of the corporate strategies are built based on two-dimensional framework such as BCG matrix and GE-Mckinsey matrix. Two-dimensional framework is one of the useful tools for decision-makers. However, recently the environment become complicated, so much more complicated frameworks are required. Due to the development of information technology, much more complicated frameworks can be calculated easier than before. We propose three-dimensional framework based on the definition of corporate strategy which is a long-term process of continuous decision-makings.
