Abstract

高強度レーザーの実験技術の発展により,今や超高速現象の研究の対象はアト秒領域に入った.我々は,アト秒領域の時間分解能を持った原子分子の実時間イメージングについて,理論と実験の双方から研究を進めている.最近,高強度近赤外レーザーを原子に照射することによって,標的イオンによる自由電子の弾性散乱断面積,および光再結合断面積という原子に固有の物理量が高精度で得られることを実証した.本稿では,こうしたイメージングの最も基礎となる研究結果を紹介し,今後の課題について言及する.

Following the recent developments in intense laser techniques, ultra-fast phenomena of the order of attoseconds have been discussed. We are developing new methods for imaging transient atomic and molecular systems with attosecond resolution. Recently we demonstrated the structural information of atoms, in particular the differential elastic cross sections of free electrons by the target ion and the photo recombination cross sections, can be accurately extracted from the photoelectron spectra and high harmonic spectra generated by intense infrared laser pulses. We present our recent developments such as these and discuss the future outlook.
