Abstract

周波数チャープさせた2つのフェムト秒レーザーパルスによる光ビートを励起光源に用いテラヘルツ帯のコヒーレントラマン分光を時間領域で行う新手法を提案する。半導体試料であるGaSeを用いて原理実証を行い,生体分子計測への応用の可能性を検討する。

A new method of coherent Raman spectroscopy, in which an optical beat generated with two frequency chirped femtosecond laser pulses is used as the pump source and the signal is detected in time-domain, is proposed. A proof-of-principle experiment using GaSe as the sample is reported. The feasibility for spectroscopic measurements for biomolecules is discussed.
