Abstract

In this paper we consider the equilibrium of super duopoly game with external economy only yielding in second period production cost which stems from first period production levels of rivals firm．If second period production cost is decrease because of studying from rivals firm, It is equivalent to the fact that there may be a some external economy in production cost of second period．In this case, location and the curvature of isoprofit curve of second period would shift, and there may be a second mover advantage to this firm．
