Heat energy can transfer from hotter to cooler objects in the following three ways:conduction, convention and radiation. In addition, fluids in containers can be cooled down because of vaporization as well.In this experiment,we analyzed how hot water in a beaker cooled down, measuring the quantity of thermal energy in each case, namely, conduction, convention, radiation, and vaporization.
