形式概念分析に基づき，複数ステークホルダが提起するゴールを階層的に構造化するためのゴールラティスモデルと，それを用いたゴール整合方法を提案する．ステークホルダのゴール，サブゴールに対し属性に基づき半順序構造をゴールラティスとして生成し，ゴールを階層的に構造化する．提案方法に基づき，あるステークホルダ群の共通ゴールやあるゴール群を満たすサブゴール群の抽出などを視覚的に分析する方法を提案する．抽出したゴール群の妥当性評価尺度としてゴール拡散率とゴール縮約率を定義した．提案方法を大型スーパーマーケットのセルフレジシステムへ適用し，提案方法の妥当性と効果を示す．

This article proposes a method of structuring and reconciling goals among multiple stakeholders based on the FCA (Formal Concept Analysis), and demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method by applying the method to the requirements acquisition of self-checkout systems in supermarkets. We propose the goal lattice model which is a semantic extension of FCA, a formalism based on the lattice theory, to model goals. With the goal lattice, the method enables to identify the relations among goals, sub-goals and stakeholders, and structure the goals independently required by multiple stakeholders, and reduce the complexity of the goals and their dependencies by reconciliation.
