Abstract

地下帯水層を模した上下から冷却された飽和多孔質体のダルシー流れの実験を行い,温度分布と出口における流速分布から,自然対流発生時の特徴とその影響限界について論じた.特に,自然対流の影響が無視でき得る限界の修正レーリー数が存在し,それがレイノルズ数によって表し得ること,平均ヌセルト数はレイノルズ数が同一であれば,修正レーリー数によらずほぼ一定であることを示した.温度差を有するダルシー流れの数値計算プログラムを作成し,計算結果から実験結果の特徴が内部に生じた自然対流によることを明らかした.また,平均ヌセルト数が修正レーリー数によらずほぼ一定となるのは,上面での平均ヌセルト数の増加と下面での減少が相殺されることによることを明らかにした.

Warm water was injected into the porous medium of a test section, which was filled with a saturated glass beads-water mixture and was cooled at the upper and the lower wall, in imitation of the aquifer thermal energy storage. Characteristics of temperature distributions and flow rate distributions at the outlet were measured. Influences of natural convection on these distributions were examined. A computer simulation program was made for calculating distributions of the temperature and the velocity vector in the porous medium with natural convection as well as forced convection. Calculated temperature distributions and flow rate distributions at the outlet were similar to the experimental results. It was clarified that characteristics of experimental results were caused by natural convection in the porous medium. Also, an index of a natural convection influence on the forced convection was proposed.
