抄録

Recent development in cine phase contrast MRI (PC-MRI) allows us to measure the blood flow in the human body more quantitatively. In order to analyze the aortic flow in detail, we measured the aortic flow at the several planes of the aorta using the cine PC-MRI. We clarified the characteristics of the blood flow such as the direction of skew and the development of secondary flows in the aorta both in time and space.
