Abstract

現在，各市町村や自治体などで地域情報資源の開発と確保による，ディジタルコンテンツの構築が行われている．また，計算機の低価格化に加え，様々な携帯型の端末が普及したことにより，ユーザはいつでも地域情報資源などにアクセスできるようになった．しかしその一方で，情報を得るためのコストにかかわる問題や，情報の埋没と信憑性に関わる問題，閲覧環境の相違による情報資源の互換性と不適応に関する問題が生じている現状である．本稿では，これらを解決するために，ユーザの利用環境とユーザが求めるオーソリティ・シチュエーションに合わせた情報の収集・変換・利用するシステムを提案・構築する．Nowadays due to the popularity of various portable devices and decrease in prices of computers, users are able to access the information required at any time. As a result of which, problems with the diversification of information services, diversification of information provider's service and terminal performance differences are arised. In this paper, the authors are proposing a system that can harvest the internet content which can also be modified and convert into different format that meeets the user 's policy, authority, environment and required information ranking in order to solve the araised problems.
