抄録

Our research aims for the development of practical AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) positioning system in a general factory environment. In this paper, we develop the positioning scheme that has same precision and reliability to the guideline system with magnetism tapes. Our positioning system uses infrared LED marker and ceiling cameras. Both devices are generally used, thus, our system is low cost. Furthermore, this paper proposes the information system which shares positioning data between the iGPS server and navigation system on AGV and develops GUI which shows present position information of AGV visually. We verify the effectiveness of our system trough the experiment with our prototype.
