Recently, it has become a problem when people who feel irritated, lose their self-control and act upon these emotional feelings. We begin to treat the rise of such an impulsivity and lack of control of power as a psychological issue that is bounded by no age range. The individual, when getting irritated does not often notice the reason for the irritation at the time. However, it is socially perceived that we should express anger in a shape accepted in society due to the fact that the expression of anger is not socially accepted in general. Moreover, recently the child and/or the adult who cannot control their anger, and suddenly becomes angry and acts impulsively will stand out in society. In the anger management of Ando (2008), it reflects about the anger generation process. The belief is enumerated, and anger is not made easy to be generated as a cause where anger is generated by associating it to a reasonable, rational belief. Moreover, the use of the action method when anger has occurred is described. However, the technique is not described in detailed and it is not a composed program. In the actual experiment, the program was formulated and executed after referring to Ando's technique. The effect was measured by using the questionnaire and a more effective program was examined.
